TIGER’S GRIND  

The unique grind on each sole was designed by the artful hands of Tiger Woods. The 56° wedge is a dual sole with heavy heel relief, while the 60° has an extremely high bounce on the leading edge with a shaved heel. This makes it possible to open the face for flop shots, while still providing relief on the leading edge for better performance on tight lies. Designed for ultimate versatility, this setup allows Tiger to take on any shot, on any course, anywhere in the world. 

 

RAW TECHNOLOGY   

The MG3 Tiger Woods Grind features the all-new Raised Micro-Ribs, engineered for added face texture to deliver spin around the greens and added precision on partial shots. With RAW Face Technology, the unplated material will rust over time to preserve consistent spin while also delivering better performance in wet conditions. Only the face will rust while the rest of the head maintains a premium finish.

TECHNOLOGY 

 

RAW Face Technology  

The face rusts over time to preserve consistent spin while the rest of the head maintains its original finish. Omitting plating from the face and grooves allows Milled Grind 3 wedges to have more precise groove geometry, optimizing spin and feel.  

  

Raised Micro-Ribs  

Raised Micro-Ribs are positioned between full grooves for added texture on the face. They are designed to increase spin and improve performance on shots around the green.  

  

Milled Grind  

Milled Grind soles ensure precision where it matters most. The milling process maximizes consistency, maintaining tolerance levels difficult for a human to repeat. 

  

ZTP RAW Groove Design  

Sharper, deeper, narrower grooves, with radii engineered for more greenside spin and optimal spin in wet conditions.  

  

Thick Thin Design  

Mass placement for enhanced feel while optimizing CG location for precise flight.
